The hotel is located in a stunning natural environment, ideal for a relaxing getaway. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are perfect for taking a dip and the surrounding gardens make for the perfect landscape. the spa facilities are incredibly indulgent and helped us refresh and restore after a busy holiday period.
Although the hotel offers an array of dining options, we found the selection to be limited for the New Year period. the lack of nearby dining options made for limited dining choices.

Arriving at this stunning venue, I was awed by the beautiful lobby area and the lovely sight of the lake, the outdoor pool, and the pool facilities. My immaculate room was extremely comfortable, filled with exclusive amenities, and the English-speaking staff was incredibly helpful. the location is perfect for unwinding, with a hidden jewel vibe. the fabulous garden area with beach umbrellas and sun loungers provided relaxation and shade.
The service at the Spa & Wellness Centre was exceptional, except for one minor issue. During my visit, the staff seemed to have forgotten about warm water which resulted in an awkward experience of prolonged wait for a warm shower.

Beautiful views of the lake and surroundings. Great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. Attentive and caring staff who speak English. Delicious breakfast with local dishes.
No negatives from this hotel. Enjoyable stay overall.

Enjoyable Stay but Poor Service
The hotel had a great location near a beautiful lake and stunning scenery that was worth seeing. Its spacious and clean rooms provided absolute comfort and ease for a city break. Additionally, there were loads of activities to indulge in from a swimming pool to a fitness center. However, the service was somewhat disappointing. Despite the hotel being fully operational, the staff did not prioritize their work. We had to call them several times just to get a simple request done, and it took ages for their response. It was frustrating, and they definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

Located in a serene location, near a breathtakingly beautiful lake, this hotel is worth considering. Although we visited in February, the lake was still stunning. the room was well-appointed and featured modern, homely decor. the breakfast buffet offered an amazing variety of delectable Asian and Western dishes. the friendly and welcoming staff demonstrated excellent service. the indoor pools were fantastic as well.
Some of the amenities were lacking.
